6 27/3/2019 Analysis of data and found that the PM Actual BMS fact table for INCOME records which do not have expense code the setting was to the the LOCAL_INV_ONLY. The initial setting used to be set to (VALUE_LOCAL+VALUE_INV_LOCAL_ONLY). But for this particular record the LOCAL_INV_ONLY is 0 and the right value is in the LOCAL_VALUE column.

This record is also GL type of record and not OE type. I think that we have set in past all to LOCAL_INV_ONLY to get the value only to OE records due to some investigation where we found that the GL transaction values were causing mismatch between BI and BMS, but this could have been also because of some BMS records were incorrectly set at that point of time.

So the question is whether we want to change it back and start using the VALUE_LOCAL for GL type records as well.

Or whether we can just add additional columns to the drill-through and show them both VALUE_LOCAL and VALUE_INV_LOCAL_ONLY columns.

Difference for Year Period 202004 Plan line 17000: The GLITEM id = 3605913 and TRANSACTION_NO = 923848 has processed date = 2019-07-19. I would expect that this transaction will flow in tomorrow to equalize values for Actual FPM and BMS.
2. The difference for Year Period 201909 Plan Line 47000: only for Actual BMS: Missing this transaction with GL_ITEM_ID: 3490288 from the life BMS database view TIC_JC_PROJECTS_RPT TIC_JC. This one was processed on 2018-12-11 00:00:00.000, so I suspect that the TIC_JC_..... view is not generating this line,I think there is the missing link to the project GRN.

12 19/6/2019 This is my first founding, but I think that is the issue. The Actual FPM is matching the BMS Actual Allocation against Plan screen. The Actual BMS looks incorrect, but when I looked at the transaction details the Actual BMS for example for the seq. line 50000 has an extra record of $25 recorded for the financial period 201611 as per the excel snapshot. BMS project start period is set to 201612. So as it actually looks like BMS and Actual FPM values are matching, I think that the Actual BMS might be in fact correct in this case. I presume that because the record has the fin year period before the project start period, it actually was not marked as the FPM transaction.

the last snapshot shows the second record line 62000 also for the fin year 201611, again included in the Actual BMS but missing in the Actual FPM.
